How long? Who knows. It all depends on your work ethic. The skincare industry is a multi billion dollar market so if you are half-assing your site, blogs/landing pages you will probably have crap results. Their are agencies with billions advertising skincare products. You have to work harder than them if you want to last. That's not to say you cant make some decent coin being lazy for a bit though

Placement Targeting:
this is simple. I've showed you Quantcast and Compete. It's as simple as either choosing some of Google's option in placement targeting or coming up with a list of your own domains.
