The grant market. This is one of the most diversified markets I have ever worked in simply because there are just so many demographics you can target. I'm going to start with the simplest of things here while I ease you into more advanced and outside the box ideas of generating traffic. The most obviousis general review pages and presells. People listen up. This is lame shit ok. If you look at a grant offer and immediately go to look at competition and start seeing review pages and presells then your being very close-minded and not allowing yourself to visualize a much better method of squeezing out those conversions. You've probably often heard me say the word "qualify". I say this word alot because it's the #1 most important word you will ever use when it comes to actually building a longterm business model rather than getting that lame ass 1 time commission. Sure you can make a killing doing that but then your prospect is gone for life. This is shit thinking and you are leaving a ton of money on the table.
I'm going to give you the setup and then I am going to give you some ideas for traffic generation. You should be aware that this simple setup is probably nothing new but judging from our participation in the markets, we are severely kicking your ass because you aint doing this. This setup will work WITH any bizopp related type offers. It's all in the way you structure it. I am not going to lie either. Some people call this trickery. If you're a wuss then this aint for you.
The Setup:
The offer you use is actually CRUCIAL in this method. Your not actually preselling or reviewing anything so the offer you choose is going to have to play a vital role in selling itself. For this example we are using the Earn Cash From Grants Offer (439) just because we know it's a monster. You will understand why an actual offer that can sell itself is so crucial when you see exactly how we funnel prospects. For this example please follow along with this offer. Once you get this down you can test other offers with the same marketing outline.
The Rules:
Nowwhere can you say "Free" or "Trial". This screws the whole process up and either of those two words can have dramatic effects on the outcome. You cannot write misleading copy nor can you ever write misleading emails. You are cutting your own throat by doing so. This is in fact a trial offer and if you lead people to believe that it is free, your going to lower the quality of your leads and probably get kicked off the offer. I think you are starting to see why now a good grant offer is imperative. Grant Every Day and Grants For You Now are not going to give you a better presell than earn cash from grants. Sure you probably could be profitable with those two (we have been) but I'm telling you right now. There is sweet love within this grant offer.
The Site:
Presell and Review. You've seen them everywhere and I do mean everywhere. Good for them. People come and read your shitty review and go purchase the trial and you make bank. You racked up 30-50K last month doing this. Good on you. While you do this I am going to do this over and over and over again with different offers each month with the same people I funneled into the grant offer in the first place. It's referred to by ebookers as "list building" and as gay as it might seem, it's a constant stream of profits that never ends. For all of you acai promoters out there, you are probably kicking yourself in the ass now that you have no way of contacting the people who bought the trial or who didnt. Bad on you. That's horrible marketing and even worse, it's a pretty unstable business model.
All a site needs is a few bullet points about the offer and your autoresponder code. That's it. You can get creative with a testimonial if you want but take it from someone who's had multiple run-ins with the FTC and BBB. Get a REAL testimonial. Even if it's from a friend cuz because if the shit ever does hit the fan, you better be damn sure that person is available for contact. It's the only thing that has kept me from in-court lawsuits. Even then they were still pissed.

The long presell allows you to not even do a presell of your own:) This is what you want because your main focus is NOT on the offer. A converting offer sells itself. That's why its crucial to pick the right one. Your main focus is on traffic generation and the path and marketing ploy you put your prospects on. Now the offer says "free grant kit" on the presell. That's fine, leave it alone. Dont be putting that shit on YOUR page.
Structure:
Have a nice, shorty and catchy domain. Something easily remembered preferrably. This site is going to be a one-pager. Simple as that. All you need is a clean and professional design really and have some bullet points on it. Now the intricate part. Your autoresponder form. Short the info fields required, the higher the optin rate. All you need is a name, email and state field. Above the form you need to be firm that these grant kits are limited and to fill out the form to see if you qualify. Easy as that. People cannot resist this. They have no idea what to expect nor are they getting any more info until they optin. People go nuts here, optin rates from clicks are crazy.
When the prospect optins I work with aweber so I need them to confirm their email. This is simple because with aweber I am redirecting to another page that says something along the lines of:
Thank you for inquiring about the government grant kits. Before you proceed we need to be sure that you in fact requested this information. Please check your email and open the mail you received from us. In it is a confirmation link you are required to click on. Please click on that now and you will be on your way to your government grant kit.
Short, catchy and room for improvement. Use your imagination.
So now they are hit with another idea that they cant see anything more until they confirm. Right on, double optin rates are astronomical with this. After they click the confirmation link in the email you will have a thank you page. You can dress this up with some geo targeting php if you like with their name and state but it aint required. On this thank you page you will simply say something like:
Thank you for your request!
You have qualified today for one of our limited government grant kits. These grants are in fact limited and will only be delivered on a first come, first serve basis. Please check your email now as it contains the link to where you can receive your government grant kit. In aweber I would have my autoresponder to immediately deliver a message containing the link to the offer. Cloak this of course
That's it. The path marketing is over. Very general for you so I am hoping you will use your imagination as to how you will put together your little qualify site. With an autoresponder you can have it send out automatic messages such as a day later asking your leads if they requested their kit or not. I would suggest having a partner or grunt to handle legwork on this end. You will get replies and you definitely want to follow up with them.
The Ultimate Optin:
This is another ploy to use on your qualify site. It involves a phone number. You will understand why a phone number on your landing page is crucial when we get to traffic generation. I can get a number for about $20 a month from Toll Free Forwarding. I simply hire out someone to read my voicemail script. I prefer a woman to do this. It's just market psychology here. Get a woman to do the script reading. In the voicemail again you want to give a few bullet points but make it crucial that "qualifying" from "your site" is how people can receive the kit.
Traffic Generation:
I'm not going to go into Pay Per Click Marketing. Google, Yahoo, MSN. This shit works everywhere so I leave that up to you to make this work. I am going to give a few out of the box ideas. Please remember that after you read the following you MUST understand why I use an autoresponder. By email marketing this keeps me compliant with advertisers and network terms of service.

1. Job Sites - First off job site traffic to an offer = bad. Dont do it. This path was strictly developed to harness millions of people who visit job sites and allow us to market to them while staying in the networks and advertisers terms of service. You will also see why I said to not be a scammy fuck on your landing site. It will lower your quality and you will get kicked from the offer if you dont do it right. Careerbuilder, Monster ( if you can post the ad) Jobvertise. There are a ton of sites out there you can do this with. You can post job postings on CareerBuilder for a little over $400 a pop. It's pretty basic to write an application for people to view but you have to word it just right. Hence why I use the word "qualify". Career Builder also has their own PPC system ran in conjunction with Adsonar.
2. Craiglist - First off. Craiglist traffic to an offer = Bad. Dont do it. Craiglist traffic to your own autoresponder = Email traffic. As long as you stay compliant and dont offer shit that aint there you will be fine. I've explained this to a couple of network owners before and they were floored. Yes, Craigslist traffic can be harness but you have to stay within their terms as well as your networks. I dont suggest posting ads unless you can legitimately get away with it. I would simply have your grunt replying to ads and placing these people in your funnel.
Even though this offer is catering to the US it does in fact accept traffic from Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand. To give you an example of the amount of opportunity that is here, I will show you two results:

Newspapers:
You will understand now the importance of a short and easily remembered domain. A lot of people are unfamiliar with newspaper and magazines. This can be some of the best advertising on the planet but you have to have the setup. The short site with "qualify" and a phone number are a must here. People can be sitting on a bench at lunch reading the paper and have no computer, but they might have their telephone
The qualify site is short and sweet. Your goal is to get people to see if they qualify thru your own system. You want to retain these people for life because opportunists are the easiest people to sell to.
