Convert2Media is changing some things up over the course of the next two weeks. I cannot release everything just yet as some of the things are in contract dispute but I can give you what we have so far:

Effective March 3rd (Tomorrow) these changes will take effect:

Referral Program Cut - The referral program will be taking a cut in percentage given out to publishers who refer other publishers to Convert2Media. In all honesty C2M doesnt have very many referral powerhouses. Most of the large volume publishers are not going to go thru a referral link. That's the way of the land here. High volume pubs know they are getting the stick if they have been referred. We've come to the agreement of allowing the referral program to still continue at a 2% margin instead of a 5% margin. So as of tomorrow March 3rd 2009, you will earn 2% lifetime commissions on your referrals instead of 5%.

Rewards Program - In cutting the referral program percentage we wanted to have the ability to create a Rewards Program for the publishers working with C2M. If you are already working with us then you know a 2-5% margin is pretty standard with a lot of you. These are extremely low margins compared to most of the networks out there who like to operate on 20-30% margins. Unfortunately for them we can beat them nearly every time and fortunately for us, we dont have 35 ding dong managers that we have to drive our margins up just to pay.

The Rewards program for the month of March is here:

This will be even better as Convert2Media makes the biggest announcement (we cant disclose publically yet) sometime hopefully next week. The rewards program will be a lot larger and filled with even more cool stuff to win. All rewards are based on volume tiers.

Wire Fees - It's not spoken but it costs $12 in the US to do a wire fee and $45 for International Wires. We've concluded that we will be charging:

$10 for US wires
$30 for International Wires

If you are in the US, I would recommend receiving ACH payments as they are free. It may take one extra day to show up in your account but at least it's free. We are also working on getting an electronic card source pay for publishers so basically we can just load your card up with commissions each week for pubs over 1K weekly Grin

Suggestion Box - C2M relies on its publishers to relay information to them. If you are not telling your manager what you are running elsewhere then you are either extremely pleased with the other network or  you are possibly missing out BIGTIME. With us being a much smaller network than most we have the ability to beat nearly everyone's payouts 99% of the time. All you have to do is ask your manager. That's what we are here for. By getting the best rate possible you are only going to increase your returns on investments and move that much quicker thru the monthly rewards programs. Grin

So far that is all I can disclose, we'll keep the thread updated as we progress.

The first 3 changes are in effect at midnight tonight starting March 3rd 2009.
