Happy Holidays from Convert2Media!

Ugly Sweater Party 2011

Happy Holidays from Convert2Media!

Friday we celebrated our first annual Ugly Sweater Holiday Party, a newly installed tradition here at the office. Despite our efforts with sparkly hats and light-up pins, our programmer Megan swept the grand prize with her awesome handmade sweater. Congrats, Megan! We loved the hand-crocheted snowflakes and your DIY spirit!

And props must be given to Steve and Mike for their gangster ugly sweaters. Pimping really ain’t easy.

We’d like to thank all of our partners in business for the amazing year we’ve had. We are growing by leaps and bounds internally, starting with two new staffers. I need to take this opportunity to welcome our new business development manager, Josh Arroyo, who is also proudly rocking an ugly sweater today. Gangster!

He will be working together with Robert Dolan in bringing in the hottest new offers to the network. And, for those of you who haven’t already met him, we’d also like to give a very belated welcome to our newest Affiliate Manager, Matt Hoyler, posing here in front of C2M’s first Christmas tree.

Matt has been with us for over six months and has been hard on the grind since day one. He’s a hard-working manager and is aggressive about getting his affiliates what they need. If you’re working with Matt, you’re in the right hands.

We also are anxious to reveal Mobooka, our sister company, in full at the start of next year. We are proud to welcome Arthur Kerry who will be heading up the business development end of Mobooka and leading the way with this exciting new venture.

We here at C2M are thankful for all the success we’ve had in 2011, but we can also promise you that 2012 is going to be huge! We are looking forward to sharing this success with our affiliates and advertising partners.

We hope you all have a fabulous holiday and we look forward to another year of  with all of you!

Happy Holidays!

Big Business in the Big City

I told you November would be busy, didn’t I?
Barely two days in and I have riveting news to share.

Convert2Media is heading to the Big Apple!
Well… (sigh…) we can’t all go… but Steve Howe, Matt Hoyler, and Robert Dolan are jetting up to the Ad:Tech conference held November 8th through the 10th.

Most of you have heard of Ad:Tech,
unless, you know, you’re one of those
I-make-a-point-to-be-out-of-the-loop kind of people.

The paramount event of the year for digital media, Ad:Tech unites over 10,000 of the best and brightest minds in online marketing (as well as the intuitive unknowns looking to soak up their genius) to network, train, workshop, and more. The conference functions as a medium for publishers, advertisers, and agencies to cumulate and collaborate, creating a scintillating atmosphere of innovation and ingenuity.

Some of the more renowned speakers attending include:

David Fisher
VP of Advertising and Global Operations

Wendy Clark
The Coca-Cola Company
Sr. VP of Integrated Marketing Communications and Capabilities

Christian Oestlien
Head of Social Advertising Products

But keynote speakers are not the only gems of the conference. Three of the top talent in digital media can be found walking amongst the crowds… without all the pomp and circumstance of the celebrity speakers, eager to speak with you one-on-one… Who are these Web Wizards? Why Steve, Matt, and Robert, of course. They have a hectic schedule to tackle, so contact us to set up a time. It’s going to be an exciting couple of days for the boys, so if you cant find them at the conference here’s some advice: check the nearest pub.

Will you be in the Big Apple for Ad:Tech this year?
