Saturday was a beautiful day and couldnt have been better for a Central Florida meet-up. I was not going to go because I prefer to stay a recluse in my office 24/7 but at the consistent verbage from Steve and Ryan calling me a wimp and wuss, I went. I’m glad I did. As much as I love conferences and networking in general, I got to meet some really great people from within the industry as well as another network. Thanks to Affiliate Confession for the only two photos I could find lol. I promise to bring a camera next time.
Ryan, Myself and Steve are in the back left corner of the pic.
A little schwag was given out. Thanks to Amped Media for giving schwag also.
Those in attendance were:
Kiley Lenstrom - Thanks to Kiley for getting this gig up and running.
Gary
Billy
Alan LeStourgeon (me)
Ken Jenkins - Newbie and willing to learn
Steve Katz (Market Leverage)
Richard Bruner (Market Leverage)
Ralph Ruckman (Convert2Media)
Ryan Machara (C2M)
Steve Howe (C2M)
Johnathan Gies (Amped Media)
Nicole Gies (Amped Media)
Edward Murray (Amped Media)
Janell Kowalski (Amped Media) + guest
Amanda Colvard (Amped Media)
Nick Waddle (Amped Media)
It looks like every third Saturday we will be going to these. Anyone in interested in affiliate marketing and located in Central Florida should hit me up and I will let you know the details of the next Steak Out. Even if this doesn’t interest you, you should come for networking aspect of it. I ended up having a REALLY big glass of beer and spilled some good tips. ![]()

Sorry I missed this one, but glad Richard and Steve made it. Can’t wait to meet everyone at the next event. Maybe we can get a few of you signed up for the bowl-a-thon, too!
